Bigdog Custom Golf Carts is a custom golf cart builder, using only Club Car golf carts. We only use Club Car for our custom builds because they are the only golf cart that is built with an aluminum chassis. We build 100-125 custom golf carts a year. We have our choice of any golf carts we want. We choose club car hands down over the other carts. They won’t rust and they weigh a bunch less than the EZGO’s and the Yamaha. We will customize a golf cart that is not a Club Car, but not one we would put up for sale. Only a custom job for a customer’s cart.
We are currently using 2007-2008 Club Car Precedent and DS Models. We take it completely apart, body off. We change the front bushings, brake pads, front pedal assembly, change the cables from 6 gage to 4 gage, install new Trojan Batteries, clean and paint everything underneath the cart.
We use automotive paint and go the extra mile in the process. We do not use decals. Everything you see in our Idea Gallery has been airbrushed. We can make your idea for a customized golf cart come to life.
